• Drink at least three water bottles a day. If water isn’t your thing, try purchasing the MIO flavoring as they are zero calories and give your water some flavor so you can drink it.

  • Do at least 30 minutes of cardio three times a week.

  • Eat multiple times a day, three main courses and two snacks is a pretty solid setup. Do try to stay away from salads for meals because they don’t fill you up. Also try to have lots of protein in your breakfast.

  • Give up alcohol, soda, and sugary drinks. (You can drink a glass of wine or so on your “cheat” day but excess alcohol increases weight)

  • Stay away from watermelon, corn, and overly ripened fruits. The sugars help you maintain water which is a bad thing and corn is a starch, not a vegetable.
