4 At Home Workouts to Try

The key to any workout is to stick with it. I would suggest: working out at least three time a week, drinking at least 48 oz of water a day, cutting back on sweets and starches, limiting alcohol and eating more vegetables and fruits. All of these exercises can be done in the comfort of your own home so the hassle of forcing yourself to the gym is taken away. Also, most of the workouts require under 20 minutes of your time so you can't say, "I don't have time."
